Our knowledge of olive cultivation is growing slowly but steadily, like our olive trees planted in 1992. About 1,300 olive trees were planted in an area of 5ha. We take care of the trees according to the principle of organic production, harvesting olives by hand and press them for oil on the same day.
The olive trees provide us with extra virgin olive oil from Slovenian Istria, which is registered as a protected designation of origin. We like to enrich the meals with our homemade oil.
