We are a company with 30 years of tradition in the manufacturing of transport equipment, automation, assigned unique devices, storage equipment and simpler separate products. We offer a wide range of services, which are distinguished primarily on the basis of the quality of our years of experience.
We have over 2000m2 of production space at our disposal, which is equipped with all the necessary machinery for manufacture mechanical components for the production of transport and warehousing equipment.
In addition to individual machines manufactured according to our own documentation or the plans of our clients, we also take on completed deals according to the “fully-functional turn-key” principle, where we first resolve all technological requirements with the client and then do the rest ourselves. This involves: project engineering, implementation, assembly and trial start-up. In extensive and more demanding projects, we link up with established companies, especially in the area of software and hardware for computer guided automated productions.
Transport equipment
We offer the manufacture, delivery and assembly of all types of transport lines according to the requests, proposals and wishes of the client. Our transport equipment products are present in almost all industries from food, automotive and timber industries, machine semi-products production, the production of household appliances, the production of small equipment etc.
With the wide selection of transport systems indicated below and their combination, we manufacture transport systems for transferring all types of bulk materials, standard and purpose-built palettes and other bulky elements. Our products enable efficient transport of light and medium-weight articles, i.e. up to 1500kg per running metre.

Automation equipment
In the field of the automation of machining equipment, our project group is continually developing new solutions with strict criteria on quality and reliability of operation in the automotive industry on the one hand and by innovation and functionality in prototype devices for both large-scale and small-scale production on the other. In more demanding applications, our lines are equipped with FANUC robotic arms.

Independent devices
We develop and manufacture purpose-built devices and machines for performing more complex functions and to eliminate bottlenecks in various industries. Each of these machines is the result of the teamwork of engineers working in close cooperation with the client. The development of such devices is assisted by state-of-the-art CAD systems, etc.
Warehousing equipment
Our service programme also includes the manufacture and assembly of warehousing equipment. We can produce small and simple warehousing elements (e.g. racks) and larger, more complex warehousing technology systems that can be combined with the former depending on the client’s needs. Warehousing systems can be combined with transport and any required information support to ensure optimal functioning and savings in time, space and, consequently, money. Warehousing equipment can be either standard or fully purpose-built and unique.

Other services
Mechanical processing
Our machinery fleet for machine processing has all the necessary technology for machining both simple and complex elements. The complete machinery fleet ranges from classic lathes, CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, bending machines and hydraulic sheet metal shears for forming metal to smaller machines and ensures professionalism and quality products. CNC machines are programmed graphically using the Solidcam program, which operates based on the Solidworks 3D program.
Cutting
For cutting materials, we use a machine with an abrasive water jet made by FLOW, which is the leading manufacturer in this field. The machine is from their latest technology range and features a dynamic head, meaning that the head adjusts to the water jet. This allows precise perpendicularity and sharp edges and angles. The precision of the cut is ±0.04mm. This is a cold-cutting technology, which means there is no heating of the material and we can therefore cut materials that are temperature-sensitive. We can cut various materials such as: aluminium, all types of steel, stainless steels, plastic materials, stone, some types of glass, Kevlar etc. The maximum thickness of the material is 150mm and also depends on the type of material. In order to perform a cut, we require a drawing in DXF format with a ratio of 1:1, which we can produce ourselves.
Transport roller manufacture
We have developed our own technology for manufacturing transport rollers, which allows us to manufacture larger quantities of rollers in a relatively short amount of time. The rollers can be metallic (zinc coated) or plastic for lighter loads.
