The guesthouse and the boarding house Na Klancu is situated in Medvode, 11 km away from the center of Ljubljana, 11 km away from the center of Kranj, and only 13 km far from the international airport Ljubljana – Jože Pučnik.
The history of this guesthouse goes back to the distant year 1907, when its basic activity was offering service to the passing-by travellers and their horses. The renovation of the guesthouse in 2009 preserved the traditional interior of the inn, which offers comfort, homeliness and gourmand indulgence.
In the vicinity there are popular tourist destinations: Zbiljsko jezero (The Zbilje Lake), Polhograjski dolomiti (The Hills Round Polhov Gradec) (trekking), Tacen (Kayak – canoe – center), jogging center Bonovec and ski-centers Krvavec (16 km) and Stari vrh (14 km).
Besides culinary art pleasures we also offer accomodations in contemporarily furnished lodgings. Because of its convenient location, not far from the capital city Ljubljana, the international airport and the surrounding unspoilt nature, this boardinghouse is ideal for business guests and for vacationists as well. In the very near vicinity of the guesthouse there is Zbiljsko jezero (The Zbilje Lake), which is a very popular resort in all seasons of the year.
The rooms are furnished in modern style with high quality natural materials. Worm pastel tones and carefully selected additives ensure the comfort and cosiness. All rooms and the entire building was completely renovated in 2009. Our capacity is 13 rooms from which two rooms are single bed, others are double, triple or quadriple rooms. The number of all beds available is 33.
