For the last twenty years we have been producing rubber, rubber-plastic and rubber-metal products from all kinds of elastomers (NR, NBR, EPDM, SBR, VMQ, FPM, ECO, ACM etc, from year 2006 also LSR and plastic).
The company Siliko has a 20-year long tradition in producing rubber-technical products. During this period our production programme has been continually extending. Nowadays it includes activities which enable us to provide our customers with a complete service from initial idea, design, construction and manufacturing of the tool to mass production.
Our main activities are:
- development of rubber-technical products
- construction and manufacturing of tools for rubber moulding
- production of rubber, metal-rubber and plastic-rubber products
- production of liquid silicone and plastic products
Our company is one of the largest producers of rubber-technical products on Slovenian market. 60% of our production is exported to the EU market, majority of it serving the needs of German car industry.
At the same time we are also an important supplier to the Slovenian industry of white goods (Gorenje, Liv Postojna) and partners of several companies in the field of electrical, sanitary and construction industry.

SILIKO is one of the largest manufacturers of rubber-technical products in Slovenia. Our customers are offered a complete solution from the initial design of the tool to final small-scale or large-scale serial production. In the twenty-year-long history of our company we have gained a lot of experience and knowledge on injection moulding and classical ways of vulcanization in processing of wide range of materials (NR, NBR, SBR, HNBR, EPDM, ACM, CO/ECO, CR, VMQ, FPM …).
In 2006 we have succesfully introduced the production of LSR (liquid silicone) and plastic articles, that demands specific machine equipment, moulding tools and know-how.
The manufacturing of rubber-technical products is performed with state-of-the-art well-maintained machines for injection moulding operated by highly skilled staff. Close cooperation with some of the world’s most important manufacturers of machine equipment (MAPLAN, ENGEL, LWB, DESMA, KRAUSSMAFFEI) enables us to exhibit the highest level of flexibility at all stages of production process.
The tool room has been in operation since the very establishment of Siliko. It plays an important role in development and growth of the company. The main fields of activity are: construction, manufacturing and repair of tools for jetting rubber and plastic.
Parallel operation of tool room and our main activity – the production of rubber-technical products – gives us the flexibility to respond to the demands of our customers as quickly as possibly. The tools needed for a particular product are constructed and manufactured in our own tool room.
We have at our disposal efficient state-of-the-art technical equipment, supported by CAD-CAM technology, which enables us to manufacture tools even of the most complicated shapes and sizes. High level of flexibility in relation to the demands and desires of our customers is of the utmost importance. We strive to satisfy the demands as quickly as possible and always within the set deadline.
Tool room operates in compliance with the ISO standards as well.
