Roller Tehnik d.o.o. is a young, dynamic and highly valued company specialized in manufacturing of new rollers, rubberizing of rollers, restoration of polyurethane and Rilsan rollers / wheels and in production of rubber products.

Our slogan is: best quality, short delivery times, long lifetime and satisfied customers. We acquire our raw materials from the best suppliers available on the European market, with whom we cooperate at research and development. We strive to be in touch with all novelties, as only the quality of our products is improving constantly.

We are specialized for the restoration of graphical and very specific industrial rollers (wood processing industry, pharmaceutical industry, manufacture of PVC, PE, PET, packaging industry, manufacture of packaging, food industry, etc.). Restoration of rollers we offer up to a total length of 5 m and a diameter of rubber coating up to 600 mm.

Rubber coating of rollers
Our rubberized rollers are used in the following fields:

Renewal of PU rollers and wheels
If you need to increase the load and rubber in use is no longer sufficient, we can provide a renewal of rollers and wheels with hardness from 38 to 96 ShA.

Rilsan rollers
We restore Rilsan rollers, primarily used as offset transfer rollers, for the graphical industry. The old copper rollers that were used in the past are also replaced with Rilsan rollers.

Restoration of copper rollers
In accordance with customer’s demands, old copper rollers can be renewed with new cooper coating instead of Rilsan.

Manufacture of new rollers
According to your specifications or samples, we can manufacture completely new rollers from various materials: steel, aluminum, carbon, inox (stainless steel).

Repair of damaged cores
Before rubberizing the rollers, we personally inspect each roller core and if necessary, we repair it. The core of a roller has to be in perfect condition, otherwise rubberizing of a roller is unreasonable.

Restoration of folding rollers
Folding rollers, we renew for machines: Stahl, MBO, GUK, etc. We restore rollers with rings, as well as spiral rollers. Folding rollers are restored exclusively with polyurethane, which is remarkably more wear-resistant than rubber. A hard polyurethane and a soft (spongy) polyurethane are used for renewal of rollers.

Grinding of rollers
We offer you grinding of rubber and PU according to your special request.

Manufacture of rubber seals
We provide the manufacture of all types of rubber products, from O-rings, shock absorbers, bellows, suction cups, and other rubber products according to specifications or samples. Roller Tehnik offers the manufacture of seals, molds and all the way to the final product.

Production of PU seals
For the purpose of hydraulic and pneumatic, we offer plane seals and special seals made from molds.

Manufacture of Kligerit or Tesnit seals
We offer the manufacture of flat gaskets according to drawing or samples. These seals can be resistant to temperature, oil, acids and steam. When ordering, it is essential to inform on what the seals must be resistant to, so the appropriate material can be selected. This seals we are offer in a combination with sheet metal for various motor-heads.

Production of Teflon seals
For extraordinary resistance to chemicals or high temperatures, we recommend Teflon seals. As well, Teflon has also extremely good sliding properties. We know different types of Teflon for different purposes, so when ordering do let us know, which conditions seals will work under.

Manufacture of rubber or polyurethane technical products
Rubber and PU products we manufacture according to your wishes in hardness from 30 to 95 ShA and the rubber color you prefer.
