Since its foundation in 1976, the company Avtogalant has been occupied with the production of exhaust systems for personal vehicles, motor vehicles, power planes, light aircrafts, light commercial vehicles and agricultural machines.
High quality products and constant technology development have made Avtogalant one of the leading manufacturers of exhaust systems not only in Slovenia but also abroad. All exhaust pots are made of high quality sheet metal, coated with aluminium, and have a 30-month guarantee. In the last few years the company has acquired new manufacturing equipment which enables a production of high quality products.
In order to expand our business offer even further, we began with the production of thin wall welded pipes designed for universal use in 2004. Pipes can be aluminized, zinc coated or made of steel, all manufactured according to the standard EN 10305-3I. They can have a round, rectangular or square section. Our pipes are used for production of exhaust systems, different constructions (such as greenhouses, projecting roofs, fences, tents, halls, etc.) and for the furniture industry. Due to the increasing production of new products and consequently a greater need for new tools, we have also designed our own tool production which enables us to deal with demanding work preparations effectively.
Production of exhaust systems
Our exhaust systems are made of high quality sheet metal, coated with aluminium. The exhaust systems are manufactured entirely without welding and do not contain mineral wool fillings. Such systems heat up quicker, they do not hold up condensation, which increases their vitality essentially, and what is more, they do not experience any loss on these characteristics through time. To join the silencer with one another we use high quality pipes, which are manufactured in our own pipe production line.All exhaust systems from the company Avtogalant are manufactured according to the demands of the European standard E4.
Pipe production
The company Avtogalant manufactures steel, aluminized, zinc coated pipes, and pipes from pickling steel sheet metal, in all different shapes. We produce round pipes with 32 mm to 76 mm in diameter, square pipes from 25×25 mm to 60×60 mm and several different dimensions of rectangular pipes, with wall thickness from 1 to 2 mm. The standard production length of the pipes is 6 m, but we can cut them in smaller lengths. We also offer a production of pipes of different shapes and dimensions by agreement.The technology of pipe production enables us to apply the galvanic protection also on the outer welded surface, so the inner welded surface can be handled in a way that there are no welding edges inside the pipe.We also offer services of CNC bending of the pipes into different shapes, according to the demands of the clients. The pipes can be perforated or formed in any other way. The company has all the modern technology for cutting, forming and welding pipe products.
