For many years, Intec MKD has been providing a systematic supply of metal components which are needed for production in European electronics industry. We have gained the trust of many companies including Siemens, Sedlbauer, Loewe, Rexroth and others…

Our CNC punching technology utilizes Trumph GMBH equipment from Germany. Trumph GMBH is one of the top manufacturers of such equipment. We use the latest equipment from the above manufacturer and their main characteristics are excellent working efficiency, reliability, 24-hour continuous operation and exceptional precision and short machining time.
Contemporary sheet metal forming need to use laser cutting technology. Technology is very useful with thick materials as well by thin material products with complex contour. There is no need for tooling what is especially attractive by low series production.
CNC technology, where the final product is a result of human and machine work. Our technology enables sequential bending – the product can be produced in one step without stopping. This leads to a high level of productivity and efficiency.
Bending of high series products or heavy products is performed with robotic bending cell
Welding and sanding
Our welding technology enables assembly of sub-component elements into the final product. Grinding comes after welding – for removal of unnecessary residue (welds) and to smooth the surface after the weld.
Fastener inserting technology is used for both CNC produced parts as well as for stamping parts. Fastener inserting technology enables the inserting of inserts as substitutes for threaded components. It is a modern technology that enables the inserting of nuts, studs, stand offs, etc. into very thin sheets of metal.
Robotic fastener insertion
High series products are populated with fasteners with robotic controlled inserting machine.
Supportive technology that manufactures tools for products that are produced through stamping technology and provides maintenance for the existing tools.
Milling and LCD display production
The milling technology enables the milling of all materials, particularly aluminium, which is connected with the production of front plates for various LCD displays. We also produce fully equipped LCD displays (touch screen, protective foil, screen-print).
Powder coating is a modern surface protection for products and is done in all RAL colour tones and with different colour qualities. Powder coating offers protection from corrosion and mechanical damage in addition to its aesthetic benefits.
Galvanic zincing, nickeling and tinning
Galvanizing protects against corrosion through galvanic application of a zinc layer. Besides zincing, we also offer nickeling and tinning. Protection of the product using a galvanic layer is an excellent solution, especially for protection of the inner components of the products.
Intec MKD and its carefully chosen sub-contractors also offer additional product treatments. For treatments that are not done by us, we cooperate only with trusted sub-contractors. That way, our clients can get comprehensive solutions and top quality in one place.
- Trovalising (surface treatment that removes surface defects, sharp edges, etc.)
- Screen printing (one colour screen printing and multi colour printing)
- Tampo printing (simpler layering of written elements on products)
At Intec MKD, we use modern equipment that is usually from the latest generation because we change the most important equipment every 5 years. The equipment is regularly maintained by our maintenance services and by the manufacturer’s own service. Accuracy and reliability are checked several times per year.
