Laser cutting is presently the leading way of sheet metal cutting. Laser cutting enables you efficient, quality and precise cutting of metal sheet parts. The Kops pro company uses a Trumpf laser machine, model Trulas 3030-3200.
If the quality requests allow you to cut with a CNC punching or there are deformations on your sheet metal part that cannot be made by laser, the company Kops pro offers you quality cutting with punching on a Trumpf machine, model Trumatic 500R and on a machine Amada Pega 357.
Bending is usually an unavoidable part of a treatment of sheet metal and is one of the most time-consuming operations. In the company Kops pro we have the most modern Trumpf CNC bending machines that enable us effective and precise bending of your products. Quick change of tools on these machines enables us to manufacture little batches and a good flow of material through the production line which as a result leads to a combination that enables purchasing of quality sheet metal products at competitive prices.
We use two CNC lathe turning machines. We operate with high precision and reach tolerances up to 4 microns.
We weld with MIG, MAG, WIG, and TIG procedures on 7 welding stations. Our welders are highly qualified and highly motivated; they have been working for us for years and can manage the most difficult welding tasks.
We also carry out the installation for you. Installation is an essential part of a manufacturing cell because of micro-manufacturing plant, presented by a manufacturing cell. In the cell, short-term planning and quality control are carried out. Our installation workers follow the JIT manufacture trends and are highly important for the flow of material trough the production line with planning and ordering of material in cutting.
Powder coating is the most popular way to protect sheet metal parts made of plain sheet metal. In our company we presently carry out powder varnishing in a paint shop with an automatic line for preliminary preparation and a manual booth for powder coating application. Maximal conveyor speed is 1.6 m/min.
Owing to the fact that the present paint shop does not enable a quick change of powder it does not fit into our JIT system and we have decided to invest in a new line for powder varnishing with a considerably bigger flow (3 m/min), equipped with an automatic powder booth made by the company GEMA; this will enable us to change a colour in 7 minutes. Moreover, the new paint shop will enable a higher quality and a constant quality level.
